I tried to compile vb example but message "You need to unlock the OCR engine before you can use this demo!" appear, I have no idea how to unlock the OCR engine.

You need to call the UnlockSupport method to unlock the OCR
module. You will need the OCR unlock key for that. You need to have the Document Imaging Suite toolkit to get the OCR key.
