Is the SMPTE test pattern available in DICOM format? If not how can I convert it into one?

We don't have a DICOM data set that contains the pattern in it. However, if you have the pattern image and want to embed it inside a DICOM Data Set, you could use our LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging toolkit, which enables you to create and edit DICOM data sets, including Pixel Data.
