Anyone know if there is some inherent incompatibility between the ltocx13.lpk file and .NET 2.0 bundled in Windows 2003 Server R2?
I am getting errors viewing images with the activex control, "Class not licensed for use" followed by an error 3002 "invalid parameter passed".

I don't think .NET is related, because if you
create a CAB file with LPK correctly, and the HTML directives for the main OCX
are also correct, IE should be able to create the control with no problems.
