HOW TO: Zoom to and Resize the RasterImageViewer With a Rectangle

This VB.NET 2005 project uses the LEADTOOLS V15 .NET libraries and shows how to:

1. Use the Rectangular Region Interactive Mode to select an area of an image.
2. Proportionately resize the RasterImageViewer so that it matches the region you selected
3. Zoom to the region you selected.

The result is that your RasterImageViewer will zoom to and resize itself so that ONLY the rectangle you selected is shown.

I've updated this project to use the LEADTOOLS v17.5 in C# using VS 2008.
