Getting Feature Not supported when saving annotation file as Native or Encoded format in Version 15

In version 15, we no longer support saving annotation files in the Native or Encoded formats as they are legacy formats. However, we will continue to load these formats for backwards compatibility.
If you try to save as either of these two formats you will receive the error: Feature Not Supported.
