Hi,

I am trying to scan documents through "LeadTools Main Eval 15".  But after scanning a document it is showing message "Out of Paper, CD T009: Load more paper to scanning" with "Cancel" button enabled only (Please see the attached file 'Scan error.jpg' for more descriptive error message).  This is occur irrespective of number of papers scanned.

How do i can enable "OK" button while showing that error message explained above? or atleast tell me how to control to scan 1 page at a time without any error messages?

Please help me any body it is urgent.

Thanks in advance.

Regds,

Deven.

Deven,

To scan only one page, you should set CAP_XFERCOUNT capability to 1, then call the Acquire() method.

To be sure that the Twain driver is working properly, I need you to test using the standard Twain test utility from the Twain Working Group. This program is called Twacker and you can get it from here:
http://www.twain.org/devfiles/twack.zip

If you face the same problem using the Twacker, then the problem is related to the twain driver itself.

Thanks,

Hello,

The details depend on the programming interface (API, C++ Class Library, .Net, etc.) that you use.
What is the programming interface that you use?

Thanks,

Hi,

I am using .Net API provided by leadtools.

And also one more issue i have to scan documents in 2 modes

1) Single document.

2) Bulk Scan

in either mode it shold scan the documents until papers are avilable but it should not ask for to insert more papers once submitted documents are finished.  It means application should automatically scan all submitted documents without disturbing the user.  Please help me to solve this problem.

Thanks,

Deven.

Hello,

To control the number of pages, try to set the value of the twnSession.MaxXferCount Property before calling twnSession.Acquire.
Most Twain drivers accept a value of -1 to indicate scanning all available sheets from the feeder.

Thanks,
