Hello,

The businees application "Radiant"  provides the user with the ability to print a large number of reports sequentially by selecting the 'Print All Reports' option.

Selecting 'Print All Reports' will send about 20 reports to the printer - one at a time.  A user runs the reports  daily.  When there are no records in the table the reports references (say daily credit card transactions), the application will return a dialog box with a message stating "There is no data for the Credit Card Transaction report", the dialog box will close and Radiant will continue on to run the next report.

This dialog box will cause ePrint 5 to hang.  In fact, we need to reboot the PC to be able to clean up the processes and access the Radiant business application.

Any ideas on a work-around?

Thanks,

W

What is the Windows operating system on which this process takes place?

In the latest build of ePrint 5, the printer driver type has been changed from a kernel-mode driver to a user-mode driver.

This might affect the behavior on Windows 2000, XP and later versions of Windows (such as servers).

If your version of ePrint is more than 3 or 4 weeks old, download the latest version and try with it.
