Is it possible to open 2 multi pages files (.pdf or .tif) with workstation but in 2 separate workgroup programs.. and then transfert a page of a document in the other one to drag and drop to it?

Since the ePrint 5 Workstation is tied to the printer driver "LEADTOOLS ePrint 5 Workstation", you can only have one instance of the workstation open. If you try to open a second instance, it will just give the focus to the instance of the Workstation you already have open.
