Some customers have had problems with ePrint from IE7 on Windows Vista.  ePrint worked normally from every other application, and IE7 was even able to print to physical printers.  However, when IE7 printed to ePrint, the save as dialog would appear but nothing would get saved, nor could the customers print to the Workstation.

The problem is the Protected Mode security setting.  This would allow you to print the website, but would not allow untrusted websites to save files to disk, even through ePrint.  Therefore, if you are experiencing this problem, you need to do one of two things:

1. Add the site you are trying to print to your list of trusted websites
2. Temporarily disable the Protected Mode setting
when you try to print to ePrint.

I have attached a screenshot of where to find this setting on your Internet Options dialog.
