Why don't annotations rotate with the image when they are locked? Is this on purpose? I want to add the file name and path to an image, but don't want this item to be editable. I also don't want to burn the text into the image in the event that the file name changes. The alternative is to add a text annotation with this information in it. The problem is that the locked annotation doesn't rotate when the image rotates. How do I get around this? My first thought is to unlock the item, rotate the image and annotations, then lock it again. Is there another way... a setting maybe that will allow locked annotations to be rotated? Thanks.

You will need to unlock and then relock the annotations.  If an annotation is locked you can not edit it, and that includes rotating.
