Hello,
When LEADTOOLS 12 was released years ago, there was no 64-bit version of Windows, so it does not have 64-bit DLLs. However, many of its 32-bit functions work on 64-bit Windows operating systems because these systems have backward support for 32-bit applications.
However, LEADTOOLS 12 is out of production and we have never tested it with the newer operating systems, so I recommend you thoroughly test before using it with 2003 server.
If you want a native 64-bit imaging toolkit, we have that in our LEADTOOLS 15 line of products.
