Hi we are looking at the LeadTools Raster Imageing Pro dotNet API. for the development of our application.
Question 1 : Does the tool support the extraction and handling of embedded Clipping paths in Tiff and Jpeg stored via Adobe photoshop?
Question 2 : Does it support AlphaChannels?

1. No, we do not support Photoshop paths.
2. Yes, you can load alpha channels into a separate bitmap with the RasterImage.CreateAlphaImage method, and then use the FeatherAlphaBlendCommand to render the image + alpha channel. For more information, please read the help file article "Implementing Transparency" as well as the documentation on the functions and commands mentioned above.
