I am using LeadTools v 14.5 with BarCode 1D in a vb6 app

When the application runs it gives the error 'run-time error 339  - component 'ltocx14n.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

However when I register the file with regsvr32 it comes back successful.  I have included a list of the files that are on the clients machine.  Can you tell me what is missing?  The files are in the app directory c:\imaging

Since the OCX registers
correctly, this means all DLLs needed to load it are present, and I'm not sure why it fails to work in the program itself.

Please note that since only one copy of any OCX can be
registered on the entire Windows system, you should NOT register the controls
in the c:\imaging folder, but instead copy all files and register the controls
and COM objects in the SYSTEM32 folder, where all applications that use LEADTOOLS, including programs other than yours, can access them.

I moved all the files to the c:\windows\system32 folder and the message did not appear so that it good.

However, when testing the system in the development environment vb6 crashes on me when I try to create an .exe file.  Right before the crash the window saying that I only have the right to develop and test but not deploy appears.  Why does that window appear.  I purchased the Bar Code add on and I assume that was included in the LeadToolsWin32.exe that I downloaded from the link given to me by the sales person.

My assumption is that when that window goes away I will be able to create the .exe file and continue on

If the message window you're
getting is the "Specialized Product" window, this is what we call the Nag window and is not related to the exception triggered in your program.

To get rid of this nag window,
you need to contact our licensing department to obtain an unlock string key and instructions on how to use that key.

To get rid of the exception, please debug it without paying attention to the nag window, and try to isolate where exactly it happens.
