Hello LEAD support;

A while back we licensed the NITF package. It's working fine, but we'd like to be able to evaluate CGM support. I understand we need to get another license for this. Right now we are enabling the NITF toolkit with a call to L_UnlockSupport(...) which works as intended. What will we have to do to get vector support enabled to evaluate the CGM insertion code in the NITF sample app?
