Some customers have noticed that some of the newer Context Groups (such as the CID 12200, 12201, 12202) do not exist in our list of Context Identifier Values.  This is because the toolkit was created before the most recent revision of DICOM.  Though these don't show up in our list, you can still add them to the toolkit by using the LDicomContextGroup::Insert function in the C++ CLIB.  For more information and an example see the documentation of this function.
