Hello.
I am receiving the following message when trying to automate the file conversion and email attachment:
Sending Email. failed: -3608: Email sending error. Could not create session. Review email options from Tools->Email Options.

My internet provider is Verizon.net
Does anyone have any recommendations?

What is
your Email option setting?
LEADTOOLS
ePrint 5 can use 2 types of email connections:
1) Using
the default Windows email client (such as Microsoft Outlook).
2) Using
SMTP server option.
Which one
are you trying to use? If it's the first setting, does MS Outlook send emails
correctly?
If you're
using an SMTP server, you should make sure that the server is correct from your
email service provider. You should make sure that there is no additional
security setting except what is in ePrint 5 Email option. In other words, if
the email server uses SSL security (also called STARTTLS security), it will not
work with ePrint.
