What would keep a .Net program using v15 from acquiring a scanner that works just fine when developed against v14? Twack_32 program works fine, so Twain driver appears to installed correctly. Machine having problem recently had Adobe CS3 installed on it - the problem began after that install. Uninstalling the Adobe product didn't solve the problem. The v15 .Net program did acquire device before the Adobe install.

I'm not
sure if CS3 is related or not. Try to check that all LEADTOOLS files needed by
the application are installed correctly from the same setup or patch
(consistent set of files), and also check that there are no other versions of
these files on the system.
If there
are, make sure your program uses the files you deploy, for example by putting
all our DLLs in the same folder that has your application's EXE.
