Need to drwa two circles on an image

Hello All,
I am in need of for the following points

1) draw two circles on an image after loading it in AxLEADRasterView (LeadTools Raster Imager V14.5) Conrol.

2) move the image by mouse or by buttones to adjust the image under these circles at a specific position.

3) crop the image after adjusting if it is outside the  AxLEADRasterView viewer pane.

Please guide in this regard?

To enable panning with the mouse, set the LEADRasterView.AutoPan property to True.
To draw
on the control without affecting the bitmap itself, do the following in the Paint event of the LEADRasterView control:
1. Use an object of type LEADRasterFXD
2. Set its LEADRasterFXD.DrawPersistence property to False
3. Call
the LEADRasterFXD.DrawEllipse() method, and pass it a value of null (or Nothing)
for the pRaster parameter, and the LEADRasterView.GetClientDC() value for the hDC parameter.

To crop the image after you're done panning, use the LEADRasterProcess.Trim() method.

but i am unable to find the reference to have LEADRasterFXD object.

Please let me know the DLL/Namespace v 14.5

Add the LEAD Raster 3D DrawEffect Object Library to your project.  
On the Project pull-down menu, use the References option, and select the LEAD Raster 3D DrawEffect Object Library. You should find it in the COM tab.
