Thanks for all the help so far but Im searching for some more direction.
How can I make an annotation repaint itself every time there is a mouse move event in the rasterimageviewer. Ive tried setting the bounds of the desired annotation to the logicaly translated point (Using Transformer) of the mouse position on the rasterimageviewer. This doesnt seem to work.
How can I force the rasterimageviewer to repaint itself and the annotations after a mouse move event.

Ignore that last post: not the thanks - I mean that!! Just the bit about forcing the rasterimageviewer to repaint itself - Assuming its the invalidate method.

Calling RasterImageViewer.Refresh() will also work.
