I am using 14.0 C++ ClassAPI. If you open the image in attached file using your annotation demo,
there are an angle and ruler annotations in it.
After you group them, you can change the angle to zero, meanwhile ruler also is changed to zero,
then the application will be dead.
So Could you tell me how to fix it?

Thanks,

Lei

What is the file version of ltkrn14n.dll that you are using?

I could not reproduce this problem.  Could you please give more detailed steps?  Some screenshots would be very helpful.

Your DLLs are very old.  Please send an email to support@leadtools.com in order to get the download instructions for the latest patch.  For verification purposes, I need you to include the following information:

1. The company you work for
2. The LEADTOOLS serial number(s) you own (if you are evaluating, just say so)
3. The name(s) of the developer(s) using the serial number
4. A link to this forum post

I already got the latest version 14.5.0.77 and tried it. The problem still happened.
So could you help me to fixed it or tell me in which version there isn't such problem?
So it will help us to make a decision.

Thanks.

Please do NOT post your serial number on the forum!  This is privileged information that only belongs to you.

I still cannot reproduce the problem based on your description and screenshots.  Please give more detailed instructions on reproducing it.

Thanks.

I still cannot reproduce the problem in the latest build of 14.  Here's what I did:

1. Installed the old 14.0 and followed your steps and was able to reproduce the problem.
2. Got the 14.5.0.77 patches and applied them (DLLs in system32, lib and include directories in the installation directory), rebuilt the demo (Examples\CLASSLIB\MSVC5\ANNOTATE) and I could not reproduce the problem after that.

Hi,

Now I am going to upgrade my Leadtools to the latest version you give me.
I found the problem still happened if I don't use ltkrn14n.dll in Nag.
If I don't want to use ltkrn14n.dll in Nag, How can I do?

Thanks.

Are you getting the exact same problem when using the NONAG or is it a new problem?

My first guess is that you aren't unlocking support for Document if something is working properly with the NAG build but not with the NONAG build.

If the problem isn't with unlocking, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

I am sorry for what i said.
The same problem will happen, when we use mm (default is inch)as unit, no matter what dll we use.

Let me know if you can reproduce it.

Thanks.

Are you saying that the problem DOESN'T occur with inches?  Does it only happen with mm as the unit?
