This is the error I get below:
The printer name, device driver, or port for this print job were not specified or are invalid

please help

Please provide me with more details about the problem.

What is the version of LEADTOOLS ePrint that you use?

When exactly do you get the error message? Do you get the error message when trying to print the PowerPoint file to LEADTOOLS ePrint printer?

Hi,
I am using the free trial version that I downloaded 2 days back. I get the error message when I try to open the powerpoint file from the eprint workstation menu using file-open-

Please try the following:
- Open the PowerPoint file using the Microsoft Office PowerPoint application.
- Select the menu File\Print and try to Print the PowerPoint file to LEADTOOLS ePrint printer.

Do you face the same issue?
