Hi I have an exe which we have deployed on the Win2003 Prod server. We are having only 1 license of eprin5 TS which we installed on the server. everything was working fine.
But we need to publist the application on citrix (another 2003 server) also so we uninstall the eprint 5 TS from Prod server and Installed the same on Citrix server.
But now when I am accessing the application through citrix its giving some here
Error Number : 20018
Error Description : LEAD Error: Printer error
Error Source : LEADePrint.LEADePrint.140
Please let me know do we need to install Leadtools Eprint 5 TS on both (Production and Citrix) server? Or only at 1 place is enogh to Run the application if yes then where we have to cnfigure and activate it.

There should be no problems running ePrint with Citrix on a terminal server.
On the server where the problem happens, if you log on to the server's console and try to send a print job to LEADTOOLS ePrint 5 printer (for example from Notepad), does it print correctly?
Thanks,

Yes in that case it is working fine..
Here I have a scenarion i.e.
I am having an application developed on VB6. This application deployed on server 1 (WIN 2003). Here we don't have Leadtools eprint 5.
Then we are publishing this application on the citrix server. Our Citrix server is different that is server 2. Here we installed the Leadtools eprint 5 and other thord party tools.
Now when we accessing the application through citrix. This Leadtool Printer eroor is coming.
Do we need to install Leadtools eprint 5 TS on both server ?
Please assist asap.
Thanks
Mahendra

Mahendra,
Are you setting the Citrix profiles correctly?
Please check and make sure that you are setting the Citrix profiles correctly, and try the same issue.
