Hello,

we have next setup :
On a Terminal server we did install the eprint tool with an official licenses.
The e-printer queue is configured to print to 2 printers , which is working perfectly if you are login directly on the server via RDP.
The eprint-queue is shared and available via active directory.

Now users want to use this tool via Citrix connection.
We have a Citrix farm , and when the users are login via there workstations , they are available to map printers (printers are running on a dedicated system too , so we are talking about "Citrix print".
All servers (print-server , server where eprint is installed and Citrix) are Windows 2003.

The same issue we want to use for ePrint.
First of when users are mapping the ePrint queue , they received the error which is corresponding to http://support.leadtools...orums/7924/ShowPost.aspx (windows Kernel printer)
This is solved , and after change policy & reboot , we are now able to map the printer.

But when we want to print , we get the message "test failed (see attached file).
Also via aplications (like notepad) the print-job want to send to the shared printer , but will never come out.
Maybe an issue that this setup won't work ?

So in short term , ePrint installed on a dedicated terminal server , users are login on a Citrix farm , and via Active Directory the printer-queues are able to map but not working for ePrint (yet)

Thanks & Regards

It is not possible to share ePrint printers over the network.  ePrint Terminal Server edition is designed to work in a Terminal Server environment which means that they would use ePrint as if it were installed on their desktop (when they log in with MSTSC or Citrix).  They will need to create their own Task printer like you did with the first one that you attempted to share.
