FAQ: Why doesn't my task printer print in duplex even if the default settings are for duplex?

This doesn't just apply to duplex but to any printer setting. Duplexing is just one of the most common settings customers notice.
When creating the task printer, you can set individual settings for the printers you route to. ePrint will default to factory settings, so even if your printer's current default settings are duplex and the factory settings are for a single page, the document will NOT be printed duplex when you have the job routed through ePrint.
I've attached a screenshot of where you can select and change the printer properties in the Task Wizard.
