Some images may not be getting deskewed with L_DeskewBitmap() or DeskewCommand. Most cases it is because the image is sheared and not skewed. For sheared images you would have to use L_ShearBitmap() or ShearCommand. I have an image attached that shows you a sheared image versus a skewed image, and the result you get if you tried to deskew a sheared image.
