I am evaluating LEADTOOLS for our purposes, including OCR. I downloaded the v16 trial and demos. Unfortunately, a significant portion of the text we need to read is in a font that the tools can't seem to recognize. I have attached 2 files with just a couple of numbers. I tried OCR, ICR, I tried binarizing the images, or not, doing cleanup, but no luck. Can you offer any advice?
Thanks!

It seems you forgot to attach the files that you are trying to OCR. You can either post them here or send them to
support@leadtools.com from a valid email address.
In either case, please put the files in a ZIP or RAR file to ensure our servers accept it.

I checked your images and noticed that they are 24-bit images.
Colors in the image decrease the accuracy of the OCR engine to recognize characters in the image. To get more accurate results, please use the following image processing functions before trying to recognize the image:
- Grayscale 8
- Average Blur 2
- Intensity detect: low = 128, High = 255
- Save the image as TIFF 1-bit CCITTG4.
Thanks,
