Hello, hope I'm right here?! Buying ScannerVision 2008 full Version OCR Scanning Software from local dealer to scan docs with Ricoh Office MF Machines. On Server where Scannervision2008 is installed aprox.1 time a week ltthunkserver.exe throws a segfault exception.
ltthunkserver Version is 16.0.0.2 also ltthunkutlu.dll;
lttwnu.dll is v. 16.0.017;
lttmbu.dll, lttlbu.dll are 16.0.0.1
and lttlsu.dll is 9.8.0.1 .
Did you have a hint why the exception was thowed?

If you are using a product that uses LEADTOOLS, you should contact the vendor of that product. We sell Software Developer Kits (SDKs) and not the product itself.
If they (the vendor of the product that uses LEADTOOLS) feel that the problem is LEADTOOLS-related, they can contact us directly.
