I have changed GenerateAVI example to process a folder of TIF images. Images are 1024x1024. Instead of LEAD MCMP/MJPEG Codec (2.0) I use LEAD MPEG2 Encoder (3.0).
When I don't set TargetFormat of the Convert object, I get AVI file with image of 1024x1024, just as expected.
But if I add line:
ltmmConvert.TargetFormat = (int)ltmmConvert_TargetFormat.ltmmConvert_TargetFormat_MPEG2_DICOM;
I get valid DICOM file, but with 640x480 image size. File sizes differ accordingly.
Is there any way I can force some other image size with MPEG2_DICOM?

The MPEG2 compression has standard video sizes. When you convert your files to MPEG2_DICOM format, the standard sizes are 640x480 (with aspect Ratio 4:3) or 720x405 (with aspect Ratio 16:9).
