Hi,
I would like to know how the OCR module of LeadTools works? Let's say, I have a rectangle, now, I would like to detect the text inside it.Is there any limitation with language? What functions should I use with LeadTools SDK? Is it easy to use? Do you have any demo application?
This is very important with me. I am evaluating LeadTools to see if it satisfy our purpose or not.
Thanks.

You can use the Zones in our OCR modules to define a rectangle around the text you want to recognize. Each zone has properties that you can predefine. However, the details depend on which LEADTOOLS programming interface (CDLL, .NET classes, etc.) are you using.
Our toolkit work with C, C++, C#, VB.NET and other languages.
If you don't have LEADTOOLS, please download the free evaluation from our website and try it.
