The LEADTOOLS Medical Web Viewer Framework (MWVF) is primarily a WCF web service intended to provide web access to a PACS database. It comes with a large, full-blown, sample web application but it’s also possible to create your own application that accesses the WCF services.
This is a very basic C# 2008 Winforms project that connects to the MWVF database and gets the studies, series, and images.
There are detailed setup instructions in README.doc included in the attached zip file which you should read before trying to compile and run the application.
