Do mean that you want to convert the specified rectangle from physical to logical coordinates? If yes, you can use RectangleToLogical or PointToLogical Method.
If you face problem or you need further assistance, please tell me which LEADTOOLS version (16.5, 17, etc.) you are using and provide me with more details.

You can use the Transformer.PointToLogical method.
However, before continuing with this issue, you need to update your LEADTOOLS version to version 16.5. Please send your serial number in an email to
support@leadtools.com and mention this post.

The Transformer.PointToLogical method is available in Imaging Pro and above toolkits and not only the Medical imaging. Please contact our sales department at
sales@leadtools.com for more information.
