How To: Perform a Storage Commit with LEADTOOLS SCU

Attached is a modified example of the LEADTOOLS v17 C# low-level DICOM Store demo. This example has been modified to illustrate the use of SendNActionRequest/OnReceiveNActionResponse and OnReceiveNReportRequest/SendNReportResponse for performing a storage commit. An option has been added to the UI of the demo for whether or not to perform the storage commit. It is enabled by default.

This demo should be extracted and run from the following directory:
..\LEADTOOLS 17\Examples\DotNet\CS

Please note that included is a separate folder of the common files that were updated in creating this example. They will need to be put into the proper folder; otherwise, the code will not compile.
