The attached demo shows how to use MediaSample object to forward the video stream from a capture device to both network stream and disk file.

The Project uses our .NET Multimedia controls version 17.
Development environment is C# in Visual Studio 2008.

The attached project is similar to the one in the original post. However, this uses H264 compression.
