LEADTOOLS has many image processing functions that can be used for image segmentation. As for DICOM IOD Class support, LEADTOOLS V17 allows developers to create, manipulate and extract following SOP Classes:

- Spatial Registration Storage
- Deformable Spatial Registration Storage
- Segmentation Storage
