Attached is a simple small project which illustrates how to use the LEAD Video Resize filter and LEAD MPEG-2 Encoder. This example captures video, resizes it, and then encodes it at 1080p.
For some devices, resizing the video may not be necessary. If this is the case, the resize filter could be easily disabled. The raw data could then pass through directly to the encoder.
This demo is written in C# using the LEADTOOLS v17.5 Multimedia SDK. It is a Visual Studio 2008 project.
