before we use barcode at v16.5
and now we use OMR at V17.5
this all in one Application！
can i use the v16.5 and v17.5 at the same time？
if can not what do you suggest we do？

Though I believe in some degree yes, we're going to say for the trade off of difficulty and complications it may cause, no.
What I suggest is upgrading your licenses for barcode to 17.5 as well. The barcode has changed in .NET for 17.5, but you will be taking more code out than rewriting existing with a change like this.
You can try these topics with the nag build modes of 17.5 before making up your mind. If you like.
