Hello,
Support for Dot Net Framework 2.0 wasn't added to Lead Tools until Version 14.5. This may be the reason you're seeing the error. Can you try compiling this with the Dot Net Framework 1.1?

visual studio 2010 does not allow me to fill out only with a minimum framework version 2.0, you have a solution? Thank you.

Babboleo, another thing you may want to try is setting the supported runtime manually in the app.config file for your project. This article from MSDN has details on that:
