I am using LEADTOOLS v17. Is there not any other way to change the Font Size of annotation text using LEADTOOLS v.17 ?

You can do this using the LAnnText::SetFontSize() function. For a sample code, please see the "LAnnText::GetFontSize" help topic in the LEADTOOLS Raster Imaging C++ Library Help file.
