For version 22, our PACS development team worked closely with several of our partners to make the LEADTOOLS DICOM PACS Storage Server even better!

Today, we will dive into the Medical Imaging SDK Technology in LEADTOOLS 19, which is headlined by the new HL7 SDK and redesigned HTML5 / JavaScript Medical Viewer.

A few days ago, we announced the latest major update to LEADTOOLS Version 19 and listed the updates made to the Document Imaging Engine. Today we're continuing in the excitement of this release and highlighting what's new in the LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging Engine.

• Memory optimizations for large images and C-Store requests
• New callbacks and helpers to help identify corrupt and problematic data set files

• Redesigned server is simpler and more customizable

What it Does

This project will monitor a folder and import DICOM files into a PACS Storage Server using LEADTOOLS Version 19.

LEAD keeps pushing the limits with LEADTOOLS Version 19 and has released another update full of speed and accuracy optimizations throughout the product line. Though speed and accuracy is a major theme throughout this update, it isn't the only notable improvement. Many completely new features, tools, and support for new specifications are also included.
