(Read Only) Get the height of the bitmap to load entered by the user in the Open dialog box.

The RasterYResolution property is valid only if the OptionsFileType property contains one of the following formats:

FILE_FPX,

FILE_FPX_SINGLE_COLOR,

FILE_FPX_JPEG,

FILE_FPX_JPEG_QFACTOR,

FILE_CMW,

FILE_JBIG,

FILE_JP2,

FILE_J2K.
