Overview:  Refer to Using Special Effects When Painting.

Remarks

(Persistent property, available at design time) Thickness of the wand (in pixels) when implementing a paint effect or transition effect.

The wand is a solid color bar that moves during an effect. Small grain sizes produce the best wand effects. Many of the effects listed in Effects can have a wand.

You can set this property to 0 to disable the wand.
