A DICOM Association handle. This is the handle created by calling L_DicomCreateAssociate.

UserData

Void pointer that you can use to access a variable or structure containing data that your callback function needs. This gives you a way to receive data indirectly from the function that uses this callback function.

Keep in mind that this is a void pointer, which must be cast to the appropriate data type within your callback function.

Returns

None.

Comments

A call to this function is generated on an SCP when an SCU calls L_DicomSendAssociateRequest. For more information on DICOM Associate connections, refer to Creating a DICOM Associate Connection.

To use this callback function, RECEIVEASSOCIATEREQUESTCALLBACK must be set using L_DicomSetCallback.

When the DICOM Association is no longer needed, it should be ended. For more information, refer to Closing a DICOM Associate Connection.
