The LEADTOOLS Services Host Manager application will set up the medical services and demos required to run some of the LEADTOOLS demos installed on your machine. The source code for this application is provided as a demo. You are free to modify and use it to set up the services to be used from your own application.
The LEADTOOLS Services Host Manager application requires IIS 6.x and higher. IIS 5 cannot be configured programmatically. If you try to use the LEADTOOLS Services Host Manager application on a system that contains IIS 5, the application will display the following message:
Could not find an instance of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 or later installed on localhost.
You can still use the LEADTOOLS services in IIS5, but you must manually configure IIS5 to host the services.
