The default value is BlankPageDetectorCommandFlags::DetectEmptyPage | BlankPageDetectorCommandFlags::DontIgnoreBleedThrough | BlankPageDetectorCommandFlags::DontDetectLinedPage | BlankPageDetectorCommandFlags::DontUseActiveArea | BlankPageDetectorCommandFlags::UseDefaultMargins
