Summary

Gets or sets a value that indicates which control points to display.

Syntax

C#
VB
C++
public virtual int ControlPointsGap { get; set; }

Public Overridable Property ControlPointsGap As Integer
public:
virtual property int ControlPointsGap {
   int get();
   void set (    int );
}

Property Value

An integer value greater than zero that indicates which control points to display. If the value is 0 all control points will be displayed.

Remarks

Use 0 to display all control points. This value does not represent the distance in pixels. Instead, it refers to the number of control points to skip before displaying another control point. Possible values are:

Value Meaning
0 Show every control point.
1 Show a control point, skip a control point, show a control point ...
. ...
. ...
. ...
9 Show a control point, skip the next nine ...
. ...

... and so on.

Note: The last control point is always shown. Therefore, using a large value for ControlPointsGap will probably result in only the first and last control points being shown.

Note: If the value of ShowControlPoints is set to false the ControlPointsGap value will be ignored since the control points will not be shown.
