Summary
Initializes a new AnnJavaRenderingEngine.

Remarks
You must call attach with an AnnContainer and Canvas objects to use this engine.
This constructor initializes the following default renderers and sets them in the Renderers dictionary:
Any user defined objects and its ID must be added to the Renderers dictionary to be usable by this AnnJavaRenderingEngine object.
