Leadtools.Controls Assembly > Leadtools.Controls Namespace > ImageViewer Class : OnItemDragDrop Method |
protected virtual void OnItemDragDrop( ImageViewerItemDragDropEventArgs e )
'Declaration
Protected Overridable Sub OnItemDragDrop( _ ByVal e As ImageViewerItemDragDropEventArgs _ )
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. The OnItemDragDrop method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Note to Inheritors: When overriding OnItemDragDrop in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnItemDragDrop method so that registered delegates receive the event.
For an example on using the image viewer as the target for a drag/drop operation, refer to ItemDragDrop.
For an example on using the image viewer as the source of a drag/drop operation, refer to ImageViewerDragInteractiveMode.
