Gets or sets pixel flavor used when acquiring.

Property Value
Pixel flavor used when acquiring. Possible values are (according to the TWAIN 2.0 specification): TwainCapabilityValue.PixelFlavorChocolate zero stands for the darkest shade, TwainCapabilityValue.PixelFlavorVanilla zero stands for the lightest shade.
