LICCProfile::SetConnectionSpace

Summary

Sets the color space of the profile connection space for the ICC profile.

Parameters

ICCCOLORSPACE uPCS

A value that represents the color space to set for the profile connection space. For a list of possible values, refer to ICCCOLORSPACE.

Returns

Value Meaning
SUCCESS The function was successful.
< 1 An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

For all profile classes, other than the device link profile, the profile connection space (PCS) is either xyz or lab color space, and the signature is defined in ICCCOLORSPACE. When the device class is a device link profile, the value of the PCS is the appropriate color space from ICCCOLORSPACE.

The color space of the profile connection space is one of the values contained within the "header" information in the class object's ICCPROFILEEXT member structure. Calling LICCProfile::InitHeader will reset the color space of the profile connection space and the other header information to the default values.
