Converts this LeadPointD to a JSON-compatible dictionary object.
LeadPointD.prototype.toJSON = function()
a JavaScript JSON-compatible object to describe the LeadPointD instance.
If the LeadPointD instance is Empty, then the x and y properties of this JSON
object will be set to "NaN". Note that this is different behavior than with ToJSON and ToJSON.

The returned dictionary object can be used to create a new LeadPointD instance with the static method FromJSON, though it is recommended to use Clone instead when simply creating a copy of the instance. The ToJSON and FromJSON methods allow the transfer of LeadPointD data between .NET, Java, and JavaScript.
Following standard web specifications, the ToJSON method and subsequent return value are used automatically
for a LeadPointD instance when the global JSON.stringify function is called on that instance.
